  • What does the program include?

    Mind Body 30 is a 30 day Pilates program with pre-recorded workouts. Each week includes a morning stretch routine and four 30-minute workouts.

  • Who is the program good for?

    This program includes beginner and intermediate level Pilates classes. It is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals who are recovering from illness or injury. Always consult a physician before you begin any exercise program.

  • What equipment do I need?

    You need a yoga mat and a foam roller - 36 inches is recommended.

  • What are foam roller workouts like?

    The foam roller is used to either assist or to increase the challenge for selected workouts. It is not used for traditional foam rolling massage. The foam roller adds variety and fun!

  • Is this program different from Mind Body 30: Stability Ball?

    The Stability Ball version includes the same schedule and weekly mat Pilates classes. For the props based class, a stability ball is used instead of a foam roller.

  • How long do I have access to the program?

    You will have 40 days of access from the time you submit your payment. You can repeat any workouts you'd like during this time.
